Hope Valley 1874 is a prequel series set in the same universe as When Calls the Heart, but decades before Elizabeth Thornton ever arrived in Hope Valley. The eight-episode series premiered exclusively on Hallmark+ on March 21, 2026, and is not available on the linear Hallmark Channel.
