Walt Disney Animation “Moana 2” Tickets On Sale Now – New Popcorn Buckets and Sippers at AMC and Regal. Tickets for the highly anticipated sequel Moana 2, starring Auli’i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson, are now on sale at all movie theaters in the US. We are also starting to see some of the merchandise tie-ins at the theaters. Moana 2 is due in theaters on November 27th, 2024. Tickets are available for the 26th at most theaters.
“Moana 2” reunites Moana and Maui three years later for an expansive new voyage alongside a crew of unlikely seafarers. After receiving an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors, Moana must journey to the far seas of Oceania and into dangerous, long-lost waters for an adventure unlike anything she’s ever faced.
Directed by David Derrick Jr., Jason Hand, and Dana Ledoux Miller, and produced by Christina Chen and Yvett Merino, “Moana 2” features music by Grammy® winners Abigail Barlow and Emily Bear, Grammy nominee Opetaia Foaʻi, and three-time Grammy winner Mark Mancina.
For now, we have information on Regal and AMC Moana 2 popcorn buckets and sippers and a nacho boat float. When we get more information from Cinemark and Cinepolis. Update: We now have some information from Marcus Theaters which will have a special Moana 2 screening on November 30th with collectible character keychains, along with a Dome cup, Wave popcorn bucket, and regular popcorn tin.
Regal Cinemas will have a new Wave popcorn bucket and something new with a Nacho Boat Float. Thanks to @discussionfilms for reporting on this first. There is also a regular popcorn bucket tin, along with a dome cup. Regal looks like it will have collectible Funko Pop figures.

While AMC hasn’t released information on their collectibles we do have an image of what looks like a Kakamora sipper. Along with the normal-looking popcorn bucket. We suspect they will announce more soon.

Updated: We now know prices and better images of the AMC Moana 2 Bucket and Sipper. The Kakamora sipper will cost $24.99 and the Popcorn Bucket is plastic and costs $14.99. They will be available as a bundle for $36.99
