The Magic of Disney Holiday Food Can be Created in Your Kitchen with “The Unofficial Disney Parks Holiday Cookbook” by Ashley Craft. We live 6 miles from Disney World and go to the Parks as often as we can. During the holidays and events here we must spend a small fortune on the snacks, treats, and savory delights that await us every visit, and every single time without fail, my wife and I look at each other and say we would love to make this at home. Well, now we can and have.
The joy of having The Unnoficial Disney Parks Holiday Cookbook has not only saved us money, but it has also made our home festive during offseasons, and given our family some new fun memories of trying to recreate some of our favorite dishes. The recipes are easy enough to follow, but the book is broken down by Parks, Resorts, Springs, and Holiday.
So if you are like us and love the Binks Pastry Tails sold at Magic Kingdom during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, she makes it easy to find. Mrs. Craft must have spent a lot of time in the Parks during the Holidays. We say this because some of the recipes in the cookbook could only come from someone who has done their time at Holiday Extra Ticketed events, or scoured Disney World and Disneyland from top to bottom tasting every new snack, treat, and drink to come along. The way author Ashley Craft has painstakingly figured out each dish is very impressive.

After two internships at Walt Disney World and many, many more visits to the Disney Parks, Ashley is now one of the leading experts of Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
Her popular blog, Ashley Crafted, is best known for featuring recipes inspired by Disney Park foods to help people recreate that Disney magic right in their own kitchens.
