Jazzy Holidays Returns to Jollywood Nights 2024 with Reservations Opening in September. Sitting in the Hollywood Brown Derby on the opening night of Jollywood Nights was such a treat for us. The restaurant had turned into the Jazzy Holiday Club, with a jazz pianist, a decent menu selection, and some great adult beverages. We got into the Jazzy Holiday Club the moment it opened last year. Unlike others who did not have as much luck joining the virtual queue, which Disney used last year. This kinda turned into a fiasco with some feeling like they may have missed out. Disney parks may have solved that issue for the 2nd year of Jollywood Nights by opening up a reservation system, that has been used for years to schedule sit-down dining at Disney World.

Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby

On event evenings, Guests can sip craft cocktails and indulge in an event-exclusive menu of light bites* while a pianist plays smooth holiday tunes at Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby.

*Food and beverages are available for purchase at Disney Jollywood Nights and are not included with your event ticket. Alcohol will only be served to Guests ages 21 and older with valid identification.
Jazzy Holiday is a themed sit down overlay of the Hollywood Brown Derby located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios during Jollywood Nights. The menu selection from 2023 looked like this:
Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby
- Oyster Rockefeller: Spinach foam, shaved parmesan, rocoto pepper relish, and salmon caviar
- Crispy Duck Drumettes: Spicy orange glaze, carrots, and kumquats
- Charcuterie: House-made cured meats and accompaniments, blue cheese mousse, and toasted sourdough
- Shrimp Cocktail: Classic cocktail sauce, citrus pearls, avocado mousse
- Derby Slider: Bison and pork belly blend, taleggio cheese sauce, and fig stout jam
- Tuna Carpaccio: Mezcal pickled vegetables, salsa macha, and avocado crema
- Pork Belly Bao: Korean BBQ, cucumber slaw, and soy vinaigrette
- Tofu Bao: Seared tofu, cucumber slaw, and soy vinaigrette
- An assortment of classic cocktails, zero-proof and non-alcoholic beverages, wine, and beer
