Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Guide to Virtual Queue for Opening Day June 28th, 2024. Tomorrow morning the masses will be scrambling and clicking as fast as they humanly can for a coveted spot as one of the few people who will ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure on Opening Day. We are here to give you our professional tips and guide to getting the virtual queue. The nice thing about this, it can be used for all virtual queues not just Tiana’s.
Request Access with Virtual Queue A virtual queue may be used for select attractions or experiences. Request to join an available virtual queue and enjoy other fun offerings while you wait. When the virtual queue is in place, a standby queue will not be available. A virtual queue is subject to availability.
Some of this is basic, and you may already know all these details. But we have to list it out step by step for those who may not be used to the VQ system here at Disney World. These are the best tips and tricks we have learned for the past few years.
Firstly, do you have a reservation for the Magic Kingdom if you are a Disney Annual Passholder, or do you have tickets if you are a day guest? Secondly, You must have the Disney World App Downloaded and a MyDisney Experience account, and furthermore make sure you and your whole party are linked together through the app. Third, are you awake at 6:55 AM for the 7:00 AM EST opening of the Virtual Queue? if you have satisfied all of these conditions, let us move on.
1 – Open the Disney World App and scroll down to the Request Access with Virtual Queue.
2 – Sometime before 7:00 AM EST Click the Join Virtual Queue (You will see Magic Kingdom and Epcot listed at the top. Magic Kingdom will already be loaded. Click Confirm Party and make sure your exact party is listed. If you are missing party members or are not listed, stop. Figure out why (This is why we check the night before or at the very latest 6:45 AM.) Everything and Everyone listed? Close the App and move on to step 3.
3 – Do you have help? Do you have a computer a second phone, or a clock with a seconds hand? Hopefully, you have a second screen, this is our biggest tip. This is how we have succeeded every time we have wanted a VQ. This is the Link you want to bring up on the second screen. It is a World Clock, which has a seconds counter. You want this open and running at 6:55 AM.
4 – 6:58, if your heart isn’t racing, you are not doing this right! It doesn’t matter how many times we do this, our pulse races. Open on your phone the Disney World App to the Home Screen and scroll down to the Virtual Queue. Do not click anything! Leave it there. (This is where we succeed and others sometimes do not. *Some people play the refresh game, we do NOT!)
* The Refresh game is to already have clicked join and confirmed party. You are then just clicking the refresh button or pulling the screen down from the top until 7:00 AM EST. We have lost out once or twice because it took an extra second to load. Remember every millisecond counts. the VQ will be gone by 7:00:01.
5 – 6:59:57 Click Join Virtual Queue scroll down to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and immediately click Join Virtual Queue. (it takes a second to load, and another second to scroll down and click Tiana’s) By the time you click Join Tiana’s VQ, then Confirm Party, it should be 6:59:59.
6 – Click as fast as you can. Do not read the screen, or hesitate in any way! it is Three Clicks. Join VQ, Tiana’s, Confirm Party.
7 – If done right, a boarding group should be displayed. If it takes a moment to display, do not fret, thousands are all trying to do the same thing. But if you have followed this, you should be one of the lucky ones. It is all about speed.
