Blizzard Beach is Reopening in November plus the Season Pass is back on Sale. Disney continues to operate one water park at a time, which is great for fans of taking a day from running around like crazy and enjoying a water-filled day getting soaked and sun. While one water park has to close for refurbishment, the other park will remain open. Such is the case with the reopening of Blizzard Beach, and the scheduled refurbishment for Typhoon Lagoon.
This has worked well over the past few years, allowing everyone a chance to go to one of the two water theme parks here at Walt Disney World.
Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park reopens on November 4, offering fun in the sun with a wintery twist. Known for its immersive storytelling and snowy theming, the park invites guests to enjoy a variety of water attractions, activities and dining options.
For guests wanting to enjoy Disney’s water parks again and again, the Disney Water Parks Seasonal Pass is back and available for only $79 plus tax. This returning, limited-time offer provides admission through May 23, 2025, giving guests the flexibility to enjoy Typhoon Lagoon through November 3 and then Blizzard Beach starting this fall. Disney Water Parks offer free parking throughout the year, making it easier than ever for repeat visits. For more information on the seasonal pass, visit DisneyWorld.com.

Blizzard Beach at Walt Disney World Resort brings to life the theming of a ski resort that has melted in the Florida sun, allowing guests to enjoy the unique combination of snowy fun and warm Florida sunshine year-round, and just in time for the holiday season.
Whether guests are seeking thrills or relaxation, Blizzard Beach provides something for everyone and is a unique twist on watery fun this holiday season. Younger guests can splash and play in the “Frozen”-themed Tike’s Peak, where they’ll find wading pools featuring “melting” snow with Anna, Elsa, Olaf and the “Snowgies.” This playful area allows little ones to explore and enjoy the magic of Arendelle while enjoying the benefit of heated water.
Blizzard Beach also boasts the Summit Plummet water slide, where guests can ascend to its 12-story peak before plunging 360 feet into warm white water. For those looking to unwind, Cross Country Creek offers a peaceful float along the 3,000-foot lazy river, winding through the park’s scenic landscapes.
