Food & Wine & Cheese & Merch & Friends & Ducks – Epcot International Food & Wine 2024 Has Begun. Over the next coming days, we will be reviewing the individual food booths, and there is a lot of food to review. We have already eaten at 12 booths in a matter of 2 days, plus we completed the newly added Harvest Hollow festival area within a festival food booths. We had got to break bread with friends and family, and we got to say Hi to some readers of the site. Plus, we checked out everything at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival 2024 Presented by Corkcicle. Furthermore, we hung out with some ducks.

EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival Presented by CORKCICLE Embark on a culinary adventure across 6 different continents—from August 29 to November 23, 2024.
Some of the food is exceptional this year, with major kudos going out to the new Harvest Hollow food booths. This area consists of 3 new food booths, all located on the old Rose Walkway between Journey Into Imagination, and World Showcase. Maybe it is because we grew up in the North East and by the time September rolls around we are already thinking of apple and pumpkin flavors, or hearty soups and stews. Food that sits on your bones!
The three booths are Forest & Feild, Milled & Mulled, and Bramblewood Bites.
Some of the food did not hit the mark, and I think I still have acid reflux from the Pasta Nachos from the Italy Food Booth. I think you all need to experience this culinary …um… trying to think of the best word…um… food? I do know some people have raved about it, but we also called the food police on them and they are now peeling potatoes in a dungeon somewhere.
The merchandise looks great this year, with some of the hottest-selling items being the Lug Remy bag, and finally we got more Muppets! Muppets Lab is located in the Brew Wing at the Odyssye, and now has its own merchandise line with T-shirts, glass beakers, and pins.
Speaking of merchandise, CommuniCore Hall (we will have a full article about this later) opened at 10:30 AM and had almost exactly the same merchandise for sale as Creation Shop does. Which led to lighter lines for those trying to buy the new Festival stuff. By the time we left Creation Shop, there was no line, and within 45 minutes they ended up removing the queue stanchions.
Emile’s Fromage Montage has returned for 2024. Which we were able to complete while we ate our way around the Festival. Furthermore, we also did Remy’s Hide and Squeak with this year’s reward being 1 of 4 bowls. Figment, Chef Mickey, Remy, and a General Festival. Tip: Once you purchase the map for Remy’s, you can immediately ask for the reward, and then spend the time hunting for the little mouse. No need to remember on your way out of the parks. Which we have done!
One of our favorite parts of hanging with friends during any Disney World trip is Disney Photopass and Memory Maker. I am a firm believer that is what makes this fun to do daily. These people are fun to be around, with plenty of humor, and an unrivaled passion for Disney. This year there are plenty of new Magicshots to be had around Epcot. We got to spend time with some great bloggers and podcasters. See if you can name them.
So what do Ducks have to do with anything? Nothing really, but at every booth we hung out by we were met with a Disney Duck, and we started to become friendly with them. It is recommended to not feed the ducks around the parks, they are bold enough to just take what they want anyway. Anyway, it started getting to the point that I thought this one duck was following us around the park and had become one of the group. We did everything in our power not to adopt him and name him.
What a handsome duck! That right there is a good duck. Hungry Duck, but good duck!
