Fuentes del Morro Pool Disney Moderate Resort Pool Now Requires Wristbands. Okay, who did it? Which one of you pool hopped to the wrong pool and got busted? Kidding of course, but for some reason, Caribbean Beach Resort’s main pool now requires a wristband to swim.
We have not stayed at Caribbean Beach Resort, but have been told by numerous guests that they have had to receive a wristband that they must wear if they want to swim in the main pool. This is normal at Yacht and Beach Club’s pool Stormalong Bay, which is one of the nicest pools on all of Disney World property, but never have we heard of a moderate resort doing this.
We have heard that the wristband distribution will continue for the near future, and maybe for good. Again, there is no word on why this change has taken place.

Fuentes del Morro Pool
Make a splash at this zero-entry pirate’s paradise, themed like a colonial Spanish fortress. Swashbuckling adventurers can zip by on one of 2 waterslides—including one measuring 102 feet long—and feel the spray of man-of-war-cannons. Little ones can cavort at the shipwreck play area, complete with mini slides, a crow’s nest and a barrel of laughs that dispenses a drenching downpour.
A 12-person spa pool provides relaxation after a long day on the high seas, as do tropical drinks from the nearby Banana Cabana pool bar.
Please note: Guests must be 48″ or under to enjoy the Fuentes del Morro Water Play Area.
