Zootopia and Brother Bear Characters Arrive For Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s 26th Birthday Celebration. Starting today at Disney’s Animal Kingdom you can meet and greet rare characters, at least for the next week.
With Zootopia on the minds of everyone who follows the “What could come to the Parks?”, it was kinda cool to see them introduced to the park in this fashion! If you remember last year at Destination D23, which took place at Walt Disney World, it was announced that a Zootopia show will be replacing “It’s Tough to be a Bug” based on Pixar’s ‘A Bug’s Life’.
We still have no timeline of when the refurbishment and retheme will happen, but it is going to happen!

It was great to see Judy Hopps & Nick Wilde. These 2 will be around today and tomorrow, and it is rumored that Pooh & Friends will be around later in the week. Furthermore, going down the Discovery River are Koda & Kenai from Disney’s Brother Bear, with Goofy & Pluto, Meeko & Pocahontas, and Scrooge & Launchpad. We have seen these 2 bears randomly over the years. last year they were a meet and greet along with Fawn & Tink.
